You’ve spent an excessive amount of time writing a book. Sacrificing everything from time with friends and family to money, and way more than a hand full of sanity points to get your goal accomplished. You are proud and excited and very much looking forward to all of the things that publishing your book is going to open up to you!

Then it happens! You hit submit to publish the files you have worked your ass off on, and instead of it going live when it is supposed to, you get an email saying there is a problem with your files, and you have to fix it before your book can be published.

It can feel like the world is coming to an end. Believe us. We’ve been there. You have a publicly announced release date that now has to be delayed, you have set up interviews and blog tours, pre-order sales are coming in strong, and have all manner of promotions going to really kick things off. This can’t be happening right now.

You need a fix, and you need it now! Not time to research and figure out what the obscure wording of the email means, then go digging for what to actually do about it, fix it, and submit again, hopeful that you got it right this time.

Or, you’ve hit publish, with plenty of time to spare, but it gets kicked back that there are issues with it, again. This is the 3rd time you’ve submitted the files after fixing them and you just can’t figure out what the damn problem is. You need someone experienced with hiccups and glitches with that platform that can either just fix the files so they are right and upload like they are supposed to or have them go in and do the whole thing for you.

That is where we come in. We offer 3 levels of service to offer you:


Done-For-You Service ($300 flat fee)

We do it all. You send us your documents and your account access information (you change your password after the book is finally published), we fix what needs fixing, upload the fixed files to the platform, and notify you when we hit submit. You wait for the email notifying you that your book went live!

Our standard turn around time is 72 hours. We can expedite our turn around time to 24 hours for an additional $150.00. This turn around time excludes the turn around time of your platform to review and publish your book. Most platforms have their own 72 hour turn around. Please plan accordingly. We do not issue refunds for missed deadlines with the platform.

We guarantee our service so we will either work on it until the book is published or issue a full refund if the book cannot be published for any reason we can control or fix but don’t.

Almost-Done-For-You Service ($200 flat fee)

We do everything but hit submit. You send us your documents, we comb through them to find and fix the issues and send the corrected documents back to you. You upload them and wait for the book to go live.

We guarantee that the files are not the issue when we send them back to you. We can’t, however, guarantee that the submission process was followed correctly if you went through the process on your own. That doesn’t mean we aren’t willing to help. Our goal is to get you published, so, we will offer a $10 per hour discount off our Walk Through Issue Resolution Service to get you published and on your way! If it turns out that the documents were the problem (99.8% of the time they are not) we will fix them and refund any additional fees accrued for the walk through service.

Walk Through Issue Resolution ($100 per hour, 1 hour minimum)

We really are here for you. Even if you are wanting to learn the ropes as you go, but have hit a spot that you are just absolutely frustrated and need help getting through, we are available for you and are happy to help. You can always reach out and ask us about your issue. We will be able to let you know right away about how long the issue will take to walk you through and schedule a time to chat that works for you. It is only an estimate of how long it will actually take.
Our intake process for scheduling walk through appointments is very thorough and if we estimate that your issue will take longer to resolve than our highest paid service will cost you (Done For You Service @ $300), we will offer to provide that service instead.

We will not reduce the cost of the hourly rate if you choose not to change services. Our hourly rate is our set hourly rate and the only discount that applies is if you use the Almost Done For You Service and run into new problems you want us to fix as explained above.
